BISON Software Project

This is the site of the BISON software project. It was started in connection with the journal paper submission to Source Code for Biology and Medicine (SCFBM).

What is BISON?

BISON is a Java software interface for the analysis of biological networks. It combines seach of global patterns made up of frequent structures and properties with localized network context. Modern graph visualization is used to give perspective of interesting patterns discovered with the use of a pattern mining engine.
